Social Media Management and design.

Challenge: Management of social media including Facebook and Instagram to get people to be informed engage more, and get to know the brand and what is associated with that.

Goal: How might we engage, inspire, and educate our target audience through social media channels?

Overview: Explore various content pillars to see what works and doesn’t work to grow our online social footprint. If a post has great insight upon review, we will decide to boost them for paid social and improve on and work with what works well. For some accounts, mainly awareness about events or what is happening at the time.

RV Super Centre.

Management of socials for this brand included creating content pillars including campaign, inspirational and educational. This is so people learn more about the products they might buy to enhance their motorhome/motorhome lifestyle. These posts were replicated on Facebook as our audience tends to enjoy engaging on Facebook more.

I worked closely on this brand including eDMs for promotions/campaign, website (CMS) updates, and management of collateral for the Hamilton Motorhome show.

Waitomo Trail Run.

The 2022 event was a return after covid cancelled/postponed this event a few times. This meant that I had to encourage people to come to Waitomo and do this unique event running through caves, canyons, see glowworms and much more. This is a special event and for social we had Instagram, Facebook page and event page accounts that I managed. I keep people interested in the event that took place in early November. This included inspiration reels, event day stories, creating creative captions, informing people of updates and more.

For this event, I also played a major part in organising and managing the marketing of this event including paid promotions/activity, budgets, project management/pacing, and more.

Waitomo Caves.

Discover Waitomo account where we had to showcase different events happening and keep people interested to learn more. This included Matariki, Conservation Week, Maori language week, Adventure Month, Kai Month and more.

Additionally, these events I worked on these with the Discover Waitomo team to help set up the event pages/deals on their website, organise the right people, and promote it, especially on social media.
