Customer Story Deep Dive

Challenge: Comprehensively analyse and dive deep into customer stories of this company and identify the need and importance of having these. This is because of the impact/ influence it has on a customers’ decision.

Goal: How might we improve customer stories new and existing to create credibility, trust and authenticity?

Overview: This involved research into showing why having customer stories as a key part of the website is valuable to the business i.e. looking at what competitors do, SEO. I was able to discover ways to improve the process of collecting customer stories and how it was visible on the website. I suggested how it should look and what elements it should involve. This included branding and how it might look if/when the website gets updated and what were some suitable colours. Therefore, this was a key influence and the aspects of how the page/website turned out. My recommendations were taken on board after presenting to the executive board - how to make it more engaging, filtering, how the stories were displayed, presented, and collected.

NB: Brand logo/name has been replaced to respect the privacy of the company.

Above shows the mood board of elements that worked well for other brands and how they prsented customer stories on their website. Showcasing sucessful case studies and inspiration of how I wanted to incorpate it into the future website.

Low fidelity design of what I wanted to include and what is the best practice when it comes to these showcasing this . This inspired the prototype below:
